Returns & Refund Policy

At Brahmin’s Secret, we are dedicated to providing pure and traditionally powerful health products. Due to the perishable nature of our food-based items and our strict commitment to hygiene and safety, we adhere to the following policy:

1. No-Return Policy

  • Hygiene & Safety: To ensure the highest standards of consumer safety, returns are not accepted once a product has been delivered.

  • Final Sale: Once the seal of a food-based product is dispatched and delivered, it cannot be returned to our inventory for resale.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We take great care in fulfillment; however, a refund or replacement will be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Incorrect Fulfillment: If the wrong product was delivered to you.

  • Transit Damage: If the product was damaged during the shipping process.

  • Packaging Compromised: If the package is found to be tampered with or leaking upon arrival.

3. Reporting a Discrepancy

To be eligible for a resolution, you must adhere to the following reporting protocol:

  • Timeline: You must contact us within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.

  • Evidence: Please provide clear photographs and/or unboxing videos of the product and its original packaging to brahmin.s.secret25@gmail.com.

4. Resolution Process

Upon successful verification of your claim:

  • Action: At our discretion, we will either arrange for a Replacement of the item or process a Refund based on the specific situation. In case of replacements, the replaced item will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days used during the transaction.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or consumed.

  • The issue is reported after the 24-hour mandatory window.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preference or subjective dislike.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Commitment to Quality: Because our products are prepared and packed with meticulous care to ensure freshness, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
